QS (M&E)

This is a permanent position with an A1 Main Contractor company. The role will be based on the project site which is on the East side of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of RFQ's
Source for quotation for materials and service
Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
Prepare settlement for final account
Manage Contracts administration
Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in QS or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
