Job Description

  • Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations
  • Execution of general Contracts Administration duties
  • Evaluate and compare Subcontractors quotations
  • Prepare and monitor Project Budget
  • Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document
  • Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment
  • Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.
  • relevant experience in plumbing & sanitary industry is a MUST
  • minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • resourceful and good negotiation skills
  • able to work independently and good team player
