QP Assistant (architecture)

Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, reports, and specifications for submission to authorities.

• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.

• Ensure compliance with local zoning, building, and fire codes, and stay updated on regulatory changes.

• Track submission progress and follow up with authorities to resolve queries or issues.

• Verify quality and completeness of all submitted documents before submission.

• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors for supplementary documentation or adjustments.

• Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.

• Support the acquisition of building permits and provide regular status updates to the team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture or related field additional training in building codes or project management is a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural submissions and familiarity with regulatory processes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software strong organizational and communication skills.
