Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with applicable standards, driving the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Ensure all IMS documentation is up to date, controlled, and properly implemented across the organization
- Coordinate both internal and external audits, including surveillance and certification audits
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure safe working practices.

Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Min 4 years of EHS & quality experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001)
- Familiarity with local Singapore EHS regulations is an advantage
- Comfortable working at the west of Singapore (Tuas)
- Previous experience using SAP is preferred
