Join our team as a QESH Engineer! We are seeking a dedicated professional to champion quality, environmental sustainability, workplace safety, and health standards across our operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving management systems, continuous improvement, and creating a safe work environment.
Job Description (What You'll Do)
- Ensure compliance with company and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Develop, implement, and monitor QESH policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify improvement areas.
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Provide training and awareness programs to staff on safety and environmental practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive QESH initiatives.
Job Requirements (What You'll Bring)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of QESH regulations and ISO standards.
- Experience in auditing, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
