Job Description

  • Provide quality control support through timely inspection/verification of materials, processes, and products.
  • Perform engineering evaluation per test protocol.
  • Perform incoming inspection, environmental monitoring, and product inspection.
  • Compile inspection records, approved COC/COA to facilitate traceability for demonstration of product compliance.
  • Retrieve manufacturing test/calibration data as requested by the customer.
  • Ensure appropriateness and completion of DHR as follows:
  • Test Results are within specifications.
  • COA/COC are prepared and signed
  • Good Documentation Practice
  • Perform product/process acceptance activities based on approved and released specifications and documentation as defined in respective process SOP.
  • Make sure that systems and procedures follow ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820.
  • Support plant-wide activities and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum GCE O Level/Nitec.
  • Meticulous and detailed.
  • Experience in cleanroom is an advantage.
  • Comfortable to work OT on weekends when required.
