Job Summary
Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) team in a cleanroom environment to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met through audits, training, resource management, and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the QC team to achieve key performance targets and maintain quality standards
- Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for QC/QA team members to enhance skills and compliance
- Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and reviews including ESD, inventory, and environmental controls to ensure adherence to standards
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering, leadership, and other departments to coordinate QC-related activities and resolve issues
- Manage QC resources and tools to optimize production schedules and minimize equipment downtime
- Support the review and amendment of QA/QC procedures to maintain regulatory and operational compliance
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes to ensure quality system integrity
- Communicate effectively to influence and engage team members from diverse backgrounds
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to document and report QC activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese to support daily team interactions
