Our US MNC client is a well-established manufacturing and engineering solutions provider specialising in custom industrial packaging, crating, and logistics-ready protection solutions for high-value equipment and machinery.
Our client is strengthening its Quality team and is looking for a capable QC Specialist to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring products and processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with Production, Operations, and Management to drive quality assurance across the organisation.

- Annual salary up to SGD 66k per annum (subject to candidate's overall relevant experience)
- 5 days work week (located at Kranji)
Key Scope:
- Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards
- Conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products (Lead and guide inspectors and technicians)
- Develop, review, and update QC SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
- Manage non-conformance issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and KPI dashboards for management review
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, regulatory reviews)
- Train production and QC staff on quality standards and inspection procedures
- Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection tools and equipment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues efficiently
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management related discipline
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment in Singapore
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential, with demonstrated experience in ISO system implementation, documentation, and internal/external audit management
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 5-Why, CAPA, PFMEA, and basic statistical analysis
- Good documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in packaging, woodworking, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
- Quality certifications (e.g. CQE, internal auditor) are advantageous but not mandatory
