QC / QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of medium to large scale Biometric (.NET Framework) projects in the business domain of Public Security with emphasis on IT Security & Biometric Control;
• Conduct formal release tests and/or regression tests;
• Prepare test plans/cases, scripts and project related test deliverables;
• Generate test data to test each software or hardware component according to the quality criteria and business requirement;
• Design and develop automated testing procedures or scripts and keep them up-to-date;
• Ensure quality and accuracy is maintained throughout the software test life cycle;
• Enable timely delivery of the software or hardware release according to project schedule;
• Provide timely progress status update for Internal SIT and UAT, and onsite UAT;
• Ability to understand and adapt to relevant technologies and products; and
• Ability to work with team members to troubleshoot any problems with systems in production.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or IT related course;
• Minimum 2-3 years functional, scenario and performance testing experience;
• Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Databases;
• Experience in Katalon and knowledge in SeleniumHQ and HP Load Runner will be advantageous.
