QC Inspector

Job Description

. Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing precision parts to ensure quality standards are met.

. Able to read 2D drawings.

. Identify and address defects at an early stage

. Some Knowledge of FAI (FirstArticle Inspection). Others like PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and 8D problem-solving methodologies advantage.

. Ensure all goods consistently meet required quality standards

. Basic knowledge in the use ofmeasurement tools such as micrometres, vernier callipers, bore gauges, etc

. Maintain accurate and detailedrecords of inspection data and test results

. Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes

. Help build a team culture that values quality and accountability part of the everyday mindset, both in the team and in the company

. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement
. At least GCE O Levels orequivalent

. At least 1 year of industrial experiences

. Good in Microsoft Excel e.g. basic formula

. Good communication skills and passion in learning

. Knowledge of SPC tools.

. Know how to use computer and email for communications.

. English literacy a must.
