QC Inspector/Greenwich

Working Location:

working location will be either at 33 Greenwich or 35 Greenwich. Might rotate also if one site lack of manpower

Working Hour:

. 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

. 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monday to Friday)

. Able to commit to OT on weekdays, weekends and PH.

. Able to commit to monthly rotating shift

Night Shift Allowance: $15/shift

Job Summary:

A QC Inspector ensures products and services meet company and industry quality standards by inspecting, testing, and documenting materials and finished goods for defects or deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct daily quality checking of calibration tools use by QC team to ensure quality standards

. Perform such as incoming raw materials, in process crate inspections, outbound inspections and others as required by customer

. Perform specific customer inspections using ERP

Roles Responsibilities:

. Assist the supervisor to ensure the accuracy of the done reports by QC team during shift change

. Perform routine inspections such as incoming, in-process and outgoing based on customer's specifications and drawings

. Perform inspection using digital forms (Kizeo) via IPAD

. Perform Y7 / Y8 under SAP for Non-conformance crates

. Ability to coordinate and liaise with internal members such as OPS packers, admin and or logistic coordinators

. Any adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Executive or Manager

Job Requirements:

. Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)

. With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment

. Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role

. Team player

. Willing to work OT on weekday and weekend, Min. 50% commitment of weekend.
