Job description
. Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections based on inspection plans and technical requirements.
. Record and analyze measurement results, highlighting abnormalities for escalation.
. Identify and control non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
. Monitor calibration status and ensure all measuring equipment is valid and fit for use.
. Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with applicable standards
. Assist engineers, support audits, and coordinate quality-related issues with departments
. Participate in improvement activities and provide feedback on recurring issues.
. Maintain equipment, ensure proper handling of tools, and perform assigned duties.
. Work in both office and production environments with adherence to safety requirements
Job requirements
. Minimum GCE O/A Level or NTC, with technical qualification in Engineering or Quality related field preferred.
. Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a Quality role within a plastic injection moulding environment.
. Experience in inspection, measurement, and quality control processes is an advantage.
. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T) is an advantage.
. Familiar with measurement equipment (e.g. CMM, Keyence, Smart Scope, vision system, caliper, micrometer).
