The QC Analyst x 12 hours shift (12 months contract renewable) is responsible for executing testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications and company and regulatory requirements are met.

This position is part of the Quality Control Department reporting to the QC Team Leader and will be located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out day-to-day testing including preparation of standards and samples and escalating the failed and risky products. Perform routine laboratory testing, including preparation of standards and samples.
• Verify test data and ensure accurate input into the laboratory information system. Identify and escalate non-conforming or high-risk products. Ensure instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Support and contribute to the execution of the laboratory vision, initiatives to align with business and production goals and requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum ITE/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in related Science.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shift in a cleanroom environment, adhering to the gowning procedure.
• Occasionally handle and carry filters weighing up to 5 kg during testing procedures.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Exposure experience to ICP-MS / GC-MS / Liquid Particle Counter/ TOC.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP and Quality parameters in QC operations.
• Computer skills - Excel, Word, Typing and Data entry skills.
