Job Description:

  • Develop, manage, update, and review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with the Company Quality Manual.
  • Implement, document, maintain, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct training sessions on material quality and workmanship standards.
  • Review project specifications, requirements, and drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including QA/QC Engineers, to ensure effective quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the management and improvement of all quality-related forms and documentation.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of audit closing reports (ISO, safety, quality, CONQUAS, client, and site audits).
  • Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material samples, and mock-up testing.
  • Issue, monitor, and ensure closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Notifications (NCNs).
  • Chair QA/QC and management review meetings, and attend coordination meetings with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure project quality alignment with Company and PQP
  • Highlight and address areas of concern with Project Manager
  • Lead and manage project document database, including all filing and ensuring documents are organised and accessible

  • Oversee distribution and submission of documents and drawings to clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third parties.
  • Communicate quality metrics and performance through timely reports and project meetings.
  • Review and submit monthly quality reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site quality inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review and comment on method statements to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Provide input on material and subcontractor selection based on quality requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Engineering, Construction or a related field.

  • Experience in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) with Quality Management (QM) requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of BCA quality standards, ISO audits, and CONQUAS assessments.

  • Experience in large-scale projects and main contractor roles in LTA or building projects is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and documentation management skills.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
