QAQC Lab Technician

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of the QC Lab Technician to assist the Engineer & Supervisors in taking charge of the QA/QC activities especially in inspection & equipment troubleshooting and documents updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs inspection support, including first-piece sample, in-process, and final inspections according to SOP.

• Experience in rubber mixing, QC laborotary and QC final Inspection is a added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

• Conducts general maintenance or cleaning for inspection equipment.

• Ensures the cleanliness of the work area, upkeeping of equipment and assists in PM program.

• Maintains the QC documentation program.

• Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP.

What We're Looking For:

• O-Level & above in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

• Preferably with a Chemistry or Polymer background and working experience 1-2 years in a similar industry

• Experience in rubber mixing, QC laboratory & QC final inspection will be an added advantage.

• Good working knowledge of the inspection process

• Computer-literate

• Hands-on experience with the lab equipments

• Keen to work in a lab environment.

• Able to handle a mechanical machine.

• Self-disciplined, independent and responsible, meticulous and resourceful

• Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport provided)

• Commence work: ASAP.

• Applicants can work in Singapore without requiring a work pass.

• Working hours: 8:00-4:45 pm (Mon - Fri)
