QAQC ENGINEER

Job Summary

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction works, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, relevant codes and standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, coordinating testing, maintaining quality documentation, identifying non-conformances, and working closely with the project team, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and construction quality.
• Prepare and manage RFI, MIR, ITP, NCR and other QA/QC documentation.
• Inspect materials and coordinate required testing.
• Identify defects and non-conforming works and follow up on rectification.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, Singapore Standards, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain inspection, testing, and quality records.
• Assist with quality audits, defect inspections, project completion, and handover documentation.
