. Conduct daily factory inspections, including personal hygiene, factory cleanliness, staff practice, product condition and etc.
. Perform food sampling for pH and moisture testing
. Perform sampling and QC checking (physical or chemical, training will be provided) on incoming raw material, intermediate products, and finished products according to schedule.
. Monitor critical control point (CCP)
. Assist in goods return checking
. Assist in customer feedback and trouble-shooting on product complaints
. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Superior
Requirement
. GCE N level / O level
. Min 1 year of work experience in a food-related industry preferred
. Teamwork, patience, and hard working
. Proficient with Microsoft Office
