Qantity Surveyor (Aluminium & Glazing, Sub-Contractor)

Xinhe Engineering Pte Ltd in the construction industry is looking for Quantity Surveyor

. Experience in tender project of aluminum window, door, cladding, glass curtain wall & facade

. Taking care of primary costs, contracts of construction projects, estimating & planning costs

. Pre-tender stage preparation including quantity taking off, sourcing & comparison of quotation, preparation for tender submission

. Able to liaise with relevant consultants, main contractors, site personnel & authority to ensure project smoothness

. Able to read and understand shop drawings details

. Prepare claims, final account, settlement & sub-contract payments

. Track changes of project design & prepare variation orders accordingly

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent

. 5 + years of working experience in Singapore & the related field

. 5 1/2 days per week

. Immediate availability is a big plus

Salary Range: S$3600 - S$6200 per month
