(QA) Tester - Power Apps

Requirements

1. Primary Skill Set:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Must possess sound knowledge in Testing methodologies and processes.
• Must have hands on experience of Test case design, Test Execution, Defect Logging and Reporting.
• Execute functional tests to ensure that software applications meet specified requirements.
• Identify and document defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Perform integration testing to verify the interoperability of various components within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, scalability, and stability.
• Knowledge in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).

2. Secondary Skill Set:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts or other relevant automation frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall testing process

3. Good To Have

• Relevant certifications in software testing or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Proficient working in Agile (Scrum) project methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Experience working across disciplines, groups, and teams
