We are partnered with a well established organization to look for a QA Test Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers and automation specialists. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for team members to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements. Coordinate and oversee the planning of all testing activities.
- Monitor the development, execution, and maintenance of automated and manual test scripts. Ensure the highest quality standards are met by establishing best practices and optimizing testing processes.
- Interface with senior leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, and external vendors to define testing scope, objectives, and requirements. Ensure communication channels are maintained between all relevant parties.
- Continuously evaluate, improve, and optimize testing processes and methodologies. Introduce and enforce the adoption of new testing tools, technologies, and practices as needed.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and status reports. Provide clear and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders on the progress, risks, and outcomes of testing activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, ensuring that new tools, techniques, and best practices are introduced and implemented as the organization evolves.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in Software Engineering / QA and testing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Deep experience with automation architecture and tools with the ability to guide the automation strategy across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with a wide array of automation testing with a particular focus on low-code/no-code tools such as SmartBear, ReadyAPI, Load Ninja, TestComplete, and AI-driven tools like ACCELQ
- Expertise in scripting / programming languages and QA testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans for testing that align with business objectives and project goals.
- Excellent communication skills (IN ENGLISH) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
