QA Test Automation Technologist (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Develop and execute manual test cases and automation scripts, analyse test results, identify, and report defects or issues.
• Write test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
• Develop and execute manual test cases and automation scripts, analyse test results, identify, and report defects or issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and effectively communicate test results and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training required.
• Have 5+ years (QA roles) experience in development/scripting skills in common languages which are Web-driver compatible language such as Java, Objective-C, JavaScript with the Selenium WebDriver API, and good knowledge in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Working experience on Web, API automation tools like Selenium, Perfecto, Appium is preferred, Good to have mobile testing.
• Strong skill set with RDBMS, MySQL, or other databases. Ability to read & write SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols and RESTful APIs testing.
