As a QA Technician, you'll be an integral part of our quality assurance process, ensuring our products meet the standards of excellence.
Job Description
- Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and New Product Introduction (NPI) inspection.
- Perform in-process, in-coming, subcon parts and out-going (Form Fit Function) inspections.
- Review and compile in-process inspection results.
- Communicate with the Machinist on the inspection results and recommend improvements.
- Reverse Engineering.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or QC of precision engineering industry. Candidates without prior experience but who hold a relevant technical diploma or coursework may also be considered.
- Proficiency in Nikon VMR Smart Scope Programming/ OGP Smart Scope Programming/ CMM Programming.
- Good interpreting of mechanical drawings.
- Able to use measuring instruments like caliper, micrometer and profile projector.
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
