KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Risk Data Analysis
- Receive, review, and consolidate quality risk information from SHD (supplier alerts, material risk updates, incident trends, external indicators).
- Conduct basic data analysis and trend identification to highlight emerging material risks and recurring quality or food safety concerns.
- Flag high-risk or deteriorating trends to Supplier Quality, Food Safety, or GSQA teams for further review and escalation.
Material Risk Assessment
- Develop and maintain supporting materials and resources for the material risk assessment process.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather required inputs for assessments.
- Lead risk assessments for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging using the Material Internal Risk Assessment (MIRA) template as part of new material qualification.
- Maintain accurate MIRA databases and trackers.
- Conduct annual reviews of all MIRAs to ensure assessments remain current and valid
GSQA Digital Tool Management
- Maintain admin-level access to GSQA digital platforms to support supplier quality operations.
- Create, update, and manage supplier audit templates, checklists, and system configurations.
- Provide first-level support to users on system navigation, data entry standards, and reporting functionalities.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Consolidate supplier quality performance data from Business Units.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual GSQA reports.
Supplier Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain and control supplier quality documentation (certificates, specifications, etc.).
- Monitor expiry dates and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely renewals and updates.
Supplier Quality Management
- Support supplier audits to understand material, supplier, and overall supply chain risks.
- Assist in investigations of supplier-related nonconformances, deviations, complaints, and recalls/withdrawals.
- Support the deployment of best practices and standard requirements across the supplier base
System & Process Support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier quality systems, reporting structures, and administrative processes.
- Perform additional GSQA or Supplier Quality-related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related technical discipline.
- Strong data management capabilities, including proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Food Technology Knowledge - Understanding of food processing principles and terminology.
- Supplier Quality Assurance Background - Familiarity with supplier audits, quality systems, and compliance processes is preferred
