QA Quality Engineer (Aerospace MRO)

• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA standards and monitoring processes for MRO activities

• Drive continuous improvement and identify maintenance/workshop issues

• Support and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) implementation

• Facilitate hazard identification and risk management

• Track and ensure completion of risk mitigation actions

• Report on company safety performance and recommend training

• Support regulatory and third-party audits

• Conduct supplier evaluation and assessment

• Manage non-conformance processes (internal & external)

• Oversee staff training, approvals, and competency needs

• Lead process improvements and business excellence initiatives

• Maintain audit records and track corrective actions

• Perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis

• Develop and review MRO procedures

• Monitor equipment calibration and reports

• Assist QA Manager in all QA/QC activities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.

• 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing, with a minimum of 3 years as a QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor.

• Familiar with AS9100 and EASA/FAA/CAAS/CAAC Part 145.

• NADCAP Special Process Auditing experience (e.g. Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Processing, Welding) is advantageous.
