QA/QM Engineer (High-volume Semiconductor | MNC)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal and external excursion management (MRB or Quality Claims)
• In-charge of customer data reporting
• Conduct quality related training
• Support customer survey and audits
• Responsible for continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science
• Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proactive and Multi-tasking
• Good communication skills and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good working knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical techniques is preferably
• Auditing experience is an added advantage
• Understanding of system flow and database is an added advantage
