QA/QC Manager

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for our construction project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project.

. Oversee all QA/QC activities on site and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards.

. Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers in daily inspection and testing activities.

. Conduct and coordinate site inspections with consultants, clients and relevant authorities (e.g. LTA).

. Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITP), shop drawings and material submissions.

. Liaise with construction teams and consultants for material submissions and approvals.

. Monitor non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

. Coordinate with testing laboratories for material testing and witnessing.

. Ensure proper documentation, reporting and record keeping for all quality-related activities.

. Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and ISO standards.

. Experience in infrastructure or tunnelling projects will be an advantage.

. Experience in leading QA/QC teams is preferred.

. Good coordination and communication skills.
