QA QC

Job Scope

. Inspect curtain wall and façade installation works.

. Check materials and workmanship on site.

. Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.

. Prepare inspection reports, checklists and QA/QC documents.

. Coordinate with site supervisors, workers and subcontractors.

. Check and follow up on defects and rectification works.

. Assist with site inspections and testing.

. Keep proper QA/QC records and documents.

Requirements

. Relevant construction experience is preferred.

. Experience in curtain wall, façade or building works will be an advantage.

. Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site inspection.

. Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors.

. Responsible, careful and willing to learn.
