Enforces food safety management policies and procedures in compliance with HACCP and SFA regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspection as frequent as possible on manufacturing plant (Monthly), handling procedures, packing and other general areas to make sure it comply with food safety requirements.
Conduct quality control analysis for all raw materials and products on a weekly basis. - Reference to SFA plant site audit
Procure sample and send for analysis (e.g. microbial and nutrition) when needed.
Liaise with suppliers in documentation compliance.
Investigate any complaint issues in respect of quality and food safety.
Maintaining of data base and documentations.
Develop and conduct food safety training when needed.
Check & ensure weight of manufactured of product within tolerance level. Eg. 420g +/- 20g, 3KG +/- 30g.
