Job Description:
Documentation & Quality Records
- Prepare, maintain, and organize QA/QC documentation for ongoing projects.
- Ensure inspection records, reports, and quality-related documents are properly filed, updated, and maintained.
- Prepare material submittals, inspection checklists, test reports, and handover documentation.
- Maintain document control for drawings, method statements, technical submissions, and project records.
- Track and monitor material certificates, calibration certificates, and testing reports for compliance and traceability purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of FAT/SAT documentation and project quality dossiers.
QA/QC Coordination
- Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and site teams for submission and collection of QA/QC records and documents.
- Follow up on outstanding QA/QC documentation from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Support QA/QC Engineers during inspections, audits, and quality-related activities.
- Ensure documentation complies with client requirements, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
- Assist in monitoring punch list items, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective action documentation.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 45001, documentation control and internal audit preparation activities.
- Ensure proper record traceability and compliance with company quality management procedures.
- Assist in maintaining quality procedures, forms, templates, and standard documentation.
- Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) documentation and follow-up activities.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports and quality tracking updates.
- Maintain and update quality logs, document registers, and monitoring records.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of both softcopy and hardcopy QA/QC documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc QA/QC administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of QA/QC, document control, or quality coordination experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or engineering industry.
- Familiar with QA/QC documentation processes and quality records management.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Familiarity with FAT/SAT documentation, NCR, and CAPA processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling project quality documentation and client submissions.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
