Role
- Perform routine quality checks & inspections
- Conduct sensory evaluations for existing, re-formulated & new products
- Generate QC reports and maintaining quality assurance records
- Ensuring products adherence to Singapore food regulations
- Report non-conformances to superior / person-in-charge for investigation & corrective action
- Resolve quality issues / customer feedbacks with the team
- Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation
- Provide food quality & food safety related assistance to other departments (i.e. marketing)
- Second point of contact for product certifications / documents request
- Any other related duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in food science or other life sciences
. Experience in quality assurance and food testing
. Knowledge on ISO22000 and FSSC22000 in manufacturing environment
. Knowledge on using ERP system
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
. Detailed, self-started and motivated
. Able to work independently with initiative
. Good report writing and communication skills.
