Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards on site.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation of quality processes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors for rectifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years QA/QC coordination experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
  • Familiar with ISO or industry-specific quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and building codes.
