QA/QC Engineer / Inspector

Job Responsibilities

. Full Time Coordination with Client Promptly and Pro-actively for all quality checks and expectation.

. Monitor technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.

. Inspect, test and sample materials for defects and deviations from specifications.

. Inspection, review of mill and factory certificates, material verification and Inspections as per required materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications.

. Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities, and recommendations for submission

. Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure it comply with the quality standards.

. Discuss inspection results with Production and Site Team and recommend necessary corrective actions.

. Maintain records of testing, information

. Issue of NCR, Investigation and Corrective action.

. Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

. Arrangement and Coordination with all respective parties and witnessing of ITA, Visual Inspection, Fit-Up, NDT testing, Bolts - Torque Testing, Mechanical Lab Testing etc.

. Read, understand and prepare project related ITP and PQP and procedures based on provided specification requirements.

. Perform other assignments and duties as and when required.
