QA Mobile Automation Engineer(Banking)- Contract

12 months contract
Good to have Banking/ Fintech exposure

Responsibilities:

. Develop test plans, strategies, and cases based on business and non-functional requirements.
. Possess hands-on expertise in manual testing, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and validation within agile environments.
. Proficient in API testing
. Create and maintain automation test scripts using tools like tools - Espresso/Appium
. Analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
. Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes
. Configure the test environment, manage test data, and use testing tools and software

Requirements:

. Expertise in Functional Testing
. Hands on experience on Java/Kotlin skills
. Good to have solid understanding on Ebanking/payments/trading experience
. Good to have hands on experience on Test Automation tool chain Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Appium and Espresso especially Android.
. Experience in mobile automation Appium for developing scripts.
. Good understanding of CI CD pipelines and tools like Gitlab (preferred), Jenkins etc
. Development experience with hands on exp on Spring boot or similar is preferred.
. Very good understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies and security scans.
. Work with local and regional teams on mobile device and device farm administration (ie device/user onboarding, tracking, offboarding)
.Monitor device and farm license usage Generate regular reports on demand, usage, incidents etc
. Strong experience with mobile and web test automation
. Preferred ISTQB certified Quality Assurance
