. Assist in ensuring all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
. Assist in the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
. Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products.
. Perform product shelf-life study tests.
. Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality.
. Coordinate with the external pest control service provider.
. Attend and provide support in external food safety audits.
. Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters.
