Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the drawings, technical specifications, and process parameter are adhered to during production.
- Verifying that fabrication and machining processes are controlled, monitored and consistently meet engineering tolerances and quality standards.
- Involve, provide technical support and validate to production in development of new projects, modifications and process improvement.
- Managing quality documentation, process record and regulatory compliance records.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement programs to reduce non-conformance and enhance overall process capability and efficiency.
- Coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment qualification and periodic validation of critical process parameters and quality checkpoints.
- To ensure that all documents are properly maintained, updated and kept traceable.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
- Maintain and control all Quality related documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
- Ensure proper filling, updating and retrieval of QAQC and ISO documents for audits and quality reviews.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and testing processes.
- Assist in the development and review of WI, SOP and Quality Control Plan.
- Participate with root cause analysis and CAPA process for quality issue.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge in welding inspection, dimensional checks, familiar with measuring instruments
- Experience with quality tools : 8D report, Analysis, FMEA, SPC and etc.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with able to interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
