Quality Assurance Executive (Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to support our food production operations and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained across all JR Group facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure food produced and delivered to customers is safe, of good quality, and fit for consumption.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with food safety standards.
- Carry out quality assurance activities including raw material checks, in-process and final product inspections, and monitoring of critical control points.
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards across all production and food handling areas.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance food processing quality and safety.
- Monitor HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal system implementation and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, SFA, Halal, and F&B outlet audits.
- Prior experience in a Central Kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant QA experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
