QA Executive

Job Responsibilities:

. Overall in-charge of uphold the company Quality Manual

. To maintain the Certifications and support all Audit (internal and external)

. Able to implement process to improve QM system and prepare audit session and training for general workers

. Develop, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

. Enforce quality control measures at warehouse production, ensuring that products meet company and customer specifications

. Supervise and train production staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and SOP compliance

. Investigate quality deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventive actions

. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, and operational efficiency

. Ad hoc and internal task

Job Requirements:

. Minimum CGE O level / NITEC in any relevant discipline

. At least 2 years relevant work experience

. Good working knowledge of MS Office application - Outlook, Excel, Word

. Able to work independent, responsible as a team player

. Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
