Job Description

Position: QA Executive (F&B) (ID6105)
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Salary: up to $4,000

Job Scope
. Implement and maintain food safety systems (HACCP & ISO 22000) for the Central Kitchen and outlets (Singapore & overseas)
. Conduct food safety, hygiene and SOP training for staff
. Support QA testing and new product development
. Perform regular hygiene and quality inspections
. Investigate customer complaints and quality issues
. Ensure SOP compliance across Central Kitchen and outlets
. Liaise with vendors and contractors on food safety and QA-related maintenance matters
