Responsibilities:
- . Responsible for QA documentation and data control.
- . Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external qualityperformance.
- . Conduct analysis on quality problems found by customer, QC,production and drive for containment action and permanent actions.
- . Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformityrelating to internal process and product.
- . Implement control on Reject area for nonconformingmaterial/product.
- . Handle customer complaint and ensure that they are resolvedsatisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
- . Assist QA Manager in coordinating EngineeringChange/Production Part Approval Process.
