QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor operational controls within the production environment.
• Ensure equipment and process standards are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
• Compile performance and monitoring reports and collaborate with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
• Prepare reports, checklists, and supporting documentation in response to internal or external requests.
• Support and deliver quality-related training and awareness activities.
• Execute and track departmental performance indicators.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related or relevant discipline.
• At least two years of relevant working experience in a technical or operational environment, with exposure to similar responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and audit-related practices, with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and work well in a team
