Responsibilities:
- Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System, including verification of effectiveness of actions taken.
- Lead or attend Materials Review Board (MRB) to assure only quality of products to be shipped.
- Customer claim handling.
- Quality data reporting: Process / Product capability reporting (internal / external).
- Work with relevant departments to ensure CofC reporting is meeting customer requirements.
- Internal process and system audits.
- Participation in customer audits.
- Contributions to continuous improvement activities in support of company goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Physics or Chemistry background.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
- Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
- Knowledge in use of quality tools - FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience.
- Proficient in using PC / Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) / SQL.
