QA Engineer (precision/manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality procedures and control instructions.
• Conduct internal and vendor audits (ISO 9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP) and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement in processes and product quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years QA experience in aerospace manufacturing (OEM).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 and problem-solving tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 5-Whys).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communicator.
• Experience with special process audits is a plus.
