QA Engineer

Responsibilities

2. Create and manage reliability test schedules to efficiently execute testing processes.
3. Analyze test results to identify areas for product improvement and enhancements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate corrective actions based on test results.
5. Conduct hands-on testing, monitor test operations, and ensure data integrity and traceability.
6. Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing test outcomes for actionable insights by cross-functional teams.
7. Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation for internal audits and quality procedures.
8. Lead a team of QA staff in daily testing operations and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in reliability testing, including demonstration and characterization testing.
3. Proficient in test planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
4. Strong skills in data analysis, result interpretation, and root cause analysis.
5. Experienced in reporting and documentation, including test reports and audit records.
6. Knowledge of product validation techniques focusing on durability, robustness, and performance.
7. Ability to manage data integrity and traceability effectively.
