About The Job
Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer (Manual) to lead their quality assurance efforts. This role involves planning and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software products meet high standards before release. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, while also mentoring junior QA team members to foster a strong quality-first culture.
Skills And Experience Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, particularly manual testing for Web and Mobile applications
- Proven expertise in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Skilled in creating detailed, clear, and effective test plans and cases
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
- Experience in coordinating SIT/UAT and tracking QA metrics such as defect densities and open defects
- Hands-on experience with white box, performance, or security testing is a plus
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers is an advantage
