QA Engineer

• Provide quality assurance support across construction and project sites.
• Review and manage non-conforming work and materials, including disposition and corrective actions.
• Supervise and guide a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor, review, and analyse quality performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, regulations, and company quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives across projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Quality) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection standards, and documentation.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective actions).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised with strong problem-solving skills.
