Salary : $4000(Basic) + AWS + VB
Working Hours : 8am - 530pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Description
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain product standards
- Support new supplier/material qualification and resolve material quality issues
- Implement inspection standards for incoming and outgoing materials
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Lead MRB meetings and ensure effective root cause analysis with corrective actions
- Plan and conduct internal/external audits, review findings, and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on quality-related matters
Requirement
- Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Min 3 years experience in audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, 8D, and 5W problem-solving methodologies
