QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the production/development team to understand new products and their specific requirements
• Establish testing framework to include necessary contributions from various teams and facilitate collaboratioN
• Create test plans for different testing projects
• Perform a series of strict tests throughout all stages of production to identify potential malfunctions
• Analyse business requirements and technology options and improve testing procedures
• Analyse test results and identify the root cause of malfunctions
• Recommend improvements based results and findings
• Ensure final products meet the company's safety and quality standards
  
  Requirements

• Previous experience as a Test Engineer or similar role for more than 8 years.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques, familiar with Java/Rust/SQL
• Hands-on experience with certain Quality Management Systems, like Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset
• Humble and cautious collaborative attitude
