Responsibilities:
Define and implement quality and reliability standards aligned with product specifications, customer expectations, and operational requirements.
Establish material and supplier quality standards by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, including developing testing methods to ensure compliance.

Maintain and continuously improve quality documentation systems, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, process improvements, and smooth production ramp-up with minimal quality issues
Monitor and analyse quality data and trends, driving timely corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and develop the QA function, including team management, capability building, budgeting, and acting as the key advocate for both customer and plant quality standards
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
At least 15 years of experience in QA, Preferably in OSAT
