QA & Compliance Engineer

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description

• Review, update and maintain Quality Management System procedures.

• Verify & ensure process documentation compliance Work Instruction, Quality Inspection Plan, Date Sheet & Inspection Reports, etc.

• Lead & guide QC Inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

• Oversee in-process and outgoing quality inspections and work with internal team teams to resolve quality issues in daily manufacturing process.

• Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

• Follow up customer complaints by communicating with internal teams for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

• Managing documentation control system, as well as audits (Internal/external).

• Ensure Customer environmental survey and other relevant requests are completed in a timely and orderly manner.

• Support QA/QC activities, assisting in projects when required & providing additional support when necessary.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality Management/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Min 1 year related working experience in manufacturing settings.

• Min 1 year of experience in Quality / Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment working in a ISO regulated environment.

• Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Team player with good working attitude.

• Able to start work immediately.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
