QA Automation Testing Engineer (AI Products)(3-5 Years) | Bangalore | Immediate Joiners Only

Our client is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 3–5 years of experience in QA automation for AI-powered products and intelligent SaaS platforms. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI applications through manual testing, automation testing, API validation, and database verification.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both manual and automation testing, Python-based automation, API testing, SQL, and validating AI-driven applications. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software releases across modern AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Develop automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.
• Validate REST APIs, backend services, and database transactions.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and business logic verification.
• Execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve automation coverage.
• Validate AI application workflows, prompts, and functional behavior.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to QA best practices, automation improvements, and continuous quality initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Software Testing with strong automation experience.
• QA Testing: Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Test Automation.
• Automation & API Testing: Playwright, REST API Testing.
• Database Testing: SQL, Database Validation.
• AI Product Testing: AI Applications, LLM-based Products, Prompt Validation, Agentic AI.
• Development Practices: Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, Jira.
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP.
